2015 NIT Selection Show: Start time, TV schedule, streaming and more

After a strong start to the year, Stanford ended the season in disappointing fashion. Now the NIT is likely in the Cardinal’s future. Here is how you can watch the NIT selection show to discover Stanford’s fate.

Well, it is not the tournament we wanted, but it is the one we've probably been expecting for a while now. If you did not see the NIT in the Cardinal's future during the skid at the end of the regular season, then you definitely knew it was coming at some point during the second half of the loss to Utah.

Despite the disappointing finish there is a lot on the line for Stanford (19-13, 9-9 Pac 12). For starters there is certainly plenty of pride in competing for the NIT championship. On the other side of the coin is the future of the program may be at stake as well. Is coach Dawkins' job safe? Does he need a very strong showing in the tournament to keep his job? Those questions cannot be answered until we find out where Stanford is headed during the NIT selection show.
