Henry Hattis, an offensive tackle from New Mexico, took to Twitter to announce his decision to continue his football career as a Cardinal. The 3-star rising senior had a lot of people around him to thank including the coaches and programs that extended an offer his way, as well as his parents and God for "blessing [him] with all of [his] success" throughout his recruitment process.

Henry Hattis will definitely add some weight to the offensive line his freshman year weighing a heavy 265 pounds and standing at a towering 6'7". Henry Hattis' hometown is Rio Rancho, NM where he currently plays for V. Sue Cleveland High School and will begin his senior season in the fall. According to 247Sports, Hattis is the No. 741 overall player and is ranked at No. 65 in his position. He runs a 5.51 40 yard dash and his quick and adamant footwork allows him to keep up with any defensive jersey that crosses his path.

Henry Hattis received offers from top programs like Vanderbilt, Arizona State, and Texas Tech. However, Hattis ended up making the smart decision to stick with the Cardinals and turning down in-state offers from New Mexico and New Mexico State.
