Christian McCaffrey Scores First Two Touchdowns of the Game

Christian McCaffrey is scoring touchdowns so quickly, this poor Rule of Tree writer can't keep up with his articles!

In the first eight minutes of game time, Christian McCaffrey has scored both the first and second touchdowns of the game as Stanford goes up 14-0.

Aided by the return of one of his favorite blockers, Daniel Marx, McCaffrey scored the first touchdown of the game on a 61-yard run. Then, following a Solomon Thomas fumble recovery, McCaffrey entered the end zone once again less than three minutes later in the game:

McCaffrey has now scored five touchdowns in the last three games alone. Ever since the departure of short-yardage specialist Remound Wright after last season, McCaffrey has seen the end zone a lot more. This is McCaffrey's fourth multi-rushing touchdown game; three of the four came this season with the departure of Wright.
