Stanford had a small drive going until Keller Chryst left the game with a knee injury. Ryan Burns took charge of the offense and struggled to gain yards, but still, Stanford managed to take the lead when Conrad Ukropina drilled a forty-four yard field goal. With the second quarter just underway, Stanford leads 10-7.
