Within one quarter of playing Stanford, though, they gave up a pass of 39 yards as KJ Costello connected with JJ Arcega-Whiteside to setup a goal line stand on the 1-yard-line. Two plays later, Bryce Love punched it in for the touchdown to tie the game 7-7 early in the second quarter:
