Harrison Phillips, the leader of the 2017 Stanford defense, declared for the 2018 NFL Draft on Thursday.
Phillips announced his decision on Twitter:
Thank you indefinitely to everyone involved along the way. This is my DREAM! I cannot express my excitement right now. I'm declaring for the 2018 NFL draft! pic.twitter.com/UsnLy08bwf

Phillips was a force for the Cardinal defense all season long, racking up 102 tackles, 16.5 tackles for loss, 7 sacks, and two forced fumbles.
Phillips was named All-Pac-12 first team, FWAA All-America second team, and AP All-America third team.
CBS Sports ranks Phillips the #4 defensive tackle in the 2018 NFL Draft class.
