KZ Okpala drafted #32 overall

He looks to be Miami bound

NCAA Basketball: Washington at Stanford Darren Yamashita-USA TODAY Sports

KZ Okpala became the first Stanford player since Anthony Brown to hear his name called in the draft. He was seen as a first round talent by many, but ultimately went as the second pick in the second round, at number 32 overall.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, KZ is likely on his way to Miami via trade. The Heat are in rebuild mode, so this pick makes sense for them. He’ll likely be in action in next month’s NBA Summer League.
