Walker Little named to Senior Bowl’s Top 250 list

Little is one of a handful of bookend tackles on the prestigious list ahead of the 2020 season

Well this goes down as one of the more unsurprising headlines of the season but it’s still great confirmation. Stanford Cardinal offensive tackle Walker Little was named to the Reese’s Senior Bowl Top 250 list, joining some of the nation’s most talented players who will suit up for the 2020 college football season.

Though the Cardinal, and Little, won’t be in action this fall, this is still great affirmation that Little is indeed one of the nation’s top senior tackle prospects for the 2021 NFL Draft.

Little was named on the list with Josh Ball, Spencer Brown, Jake Burton, Coy Cronk, Myron Cunningham, Liam Eichenberg, Greg Eiland, Will Fries, Carson Green, Drew Himmelman, Alaric Jackson, Brendan Jaimes, Teven Jenkins, Thayer Munford, Dillon Radunz, D’Ante Smith, Syrus Tuitele, Cole Van Lanen and Landon Young.

Little, widely seen as one of the best tackles in college football over the past two seasons, will not be competing among his peers this fall since the Pac-12 postponed their football season until at least January 1, 2021.

It is unknown right now whether Little will play if there is a spring season for Stanford this fall nor is it known if the Senior Bowl will move their annual game date to accommodate. Currently, the 2021 Senior Bowl is scheduled to be played in Mobile, Alabama on Saturday, January 30.

Either way, Little’s selection as one of the top tackles and one of the top 250 seniors entering this season is continued confirmation that he is indeed one of the best tackles in the conference and in the country.

A great honor indeed.
