Never too much
Keep the links coming. Last Thursday raised the shroud on the ugly part about replacing a strong leader, so reading and reading help us heal.
One feeling that won’t go away: where is the boldness? The team that will take its 30-lb O-line advantage and go for it on 4th and inches? Or the team that will line up to do that, only to bootleg (UW, 2011) or pitch-out to Mr. Get-Him-The-Ball (USC, 2012) for a monumental gain?
I pray for a little unpredictability on offense; I cringe at seeing another one-dimensional running game (“we’re going to go there – just try and stop us” and 9 people do, again and again) or wildcat formation that you know is going to go between the tackles.
