Shaw, because he is building a longterm program with stability
Harbaugh can be a great choice for a couple years, but not for the long haul IMO.

Harbaugh for rebuilding a program, Shaw for sustaining it
Harbaugh has the personality, energy, and skillset to get the most out of young players and turn a program around. Shaw has the patience, foresight, and measured approach to sustain a program longterm.
Pick which one based on where your program currently sits. For Stanford, it needs Shaw
