Wish him the best but personal opinion - should have stayed another year
Extremely well educated guy with all round skills on the field. Had a breakout year with all the interceptions but still felt he could have developed his game a lot by staying another year. He is versatile and athletic enough to get drafted but will need to hone his craft in the firing line than developing further in college.
My favorite memory of his is one not many will even remember. But in the pac-12 championship game in 2015, he was inserted into the game as a hybrid nickel safety and absolutely shut down the speedy SC slot receiver steven mitchell. I remember thinking to myself who this #8 was and why wasn’t he playing more. He also had monster games against Oregon in 2016 and ASU last year. Wish him the best and a great landing spot.
