Stanford’s recruiting class of 2020 picked up a centerpiece prospect on Wednesday when five-star tackle Myles Hinton chose the Cardinal.
Hinton committed via a video on Twitter:
Myles picked Stanford over Michigan, where his brother Chris is an defensive end. Their father, Chris Sr, was an NFL offensive lineman for 13 years, playing for the Colts, Falcons, and Vikings.
Myles is ranked as the #12 overall player by the 247 Sports composite rankings, while according to ESPN’s recruiting rankings, he is the #8 overall prospect, and the best OL to commit to Stanford since Andrus Peat.
Hinton also attends Greater Atlanta Christian School, which you may know as the alma mater of Stanford QB Davis Mills.

I wish he was part of the 2019 class.
I’m surprised he’s committing so early.

This Kid Could Have Gone Anywhere He Wanted
Glad he chose Stanford. Now let’s perform this year so there is no reason to decommit later.
