And with that, the next class of Cardinal is complete.
As of Wednesday, 25 new players are set to join Stanford, with 20 scholarship signees, 3-star linebacker Levani Damuni returning from an LDS mission, and four preferred walk-ons (Wakely Lush, Diego Preciado, Ryan Sanborn, and Brock Jones).
The class is Stanford’s biggest class in a number of years, with the Cardinal aiming to gain both skill and depth. The last two classes had 15 and 14 commits.
The class ended up ranked 21st by 247 Sports, 21st by ESPN, and 23rd by Rivals.
Here’s a complete list of the recruits, broken down by stars. All rankings are according to 247 Sports.

Presumably The Size Of The Class Reflects Available Scholarships To A Large Degree
The "retirements" of Sean Barton, Frank Buncom IV, Dylan Jackson and Nick Wilson have created space………………and starting slots to be filled from three of these guys.
While I am sure that there is a story around each of these decisions, taken as a whole, they may (or may not) raise issues about what is going on behind the scenes at Stanford these days.
Anyway, a top 25 recruiting class is a great start for the future of the team though, as always, what we can do with the 3 star players often dictates how successful the team can become.
Go Cardinal!
