Stanford Women's Basketball Has Got Bounce

To my knowlege, no member of the top-seeded Stanford women's basketball team can dunk a la Baylor's Brittney Griner, but Tara VanDerveer's squad still has a lot of bounce. The Cardinal's new rap video tells me so.

Stanford reserve guard Melanie Murphy wrote the song and the video was filmed earlier this month. I kept waiting for the Tara piano solo, but I guess she was too busy producing. Love the shoutout to the football team: "Hear me, fear the Tree, turn it up switch it up, BCS flow with a little bit of Luck." (At least that's what I hear.)
