Nobody’s putting Kevin Hogan on a skill level with Andrew Luck. As Stanford head coach David Shaw says, you don’t put anybody on that level "outside of John Elway." But fifth-year cornerback Ronnie Harris says there are some things about Hogan’s game that remind him of Luck when he was at Stanford.
