ESPN released FPI rankings a couple of weeks ago:

Stanford ranked 13# overall

Offence 5#

Defence #34

ST #7

Seems to correlate with what most people are thinking.

Out of interest other Pac12 teams in top 30:

WAS #6

USC #15

Oregon #19

CAL #27

Interested to hear other people's opinions on our rankings - I am equally excited by potential of our O but concerned that our D which struggled last year and has some pretty significant losses has a lot of issues to address.

Anyone with better knowledge of the team see a pathway to our Defence being effective within the context of a hopefully dominant Offence that seems to be full of weapons and a potentially dominant Oline?
