The 2016 NFL Combine is officially in the books. It ended today with the DB's being the last group of participants to put their skills to the test in the nationally televised event. In past years there have been plenty of story lines, questions marks, and high profile athletes every team wanted to get their hands on. This year...not so much.
This year's combine seemed to move at a snails pace. This was probably aided by the historically slow group of wide receivers participating. The QB's were pretty underwhelming as well. The Jameis Winston vs Marcus Mariota drama was definitely missed this year. As a whole, this years draft class seems to feature a laundry list of supplementary players rather than potential stars.
As far as those who represented Stanford, Josh Garnett seemed to be the standout of the group, however Austin Hooper caught a few scouts eyes as well. Devon Cajuste shocked everyone watching the WR group as he clocked the best time in the 3-cone drill at 6.49. Below you will find the official scores of each Stanford participant. Take a look at them, then let me know who you think had the best performance at the combine.
