Night Big Games are the best
Daylight rivalry games just don’t seem to be as fun for some reason.

Night Big Games are a travesty
My friend RedOscar and I seem destined to differ. Football games are meant to be played on pleasant, warm, sunny autumn afternoons, not on nasty, dark, cold evenings. When football games were civilized in their length — 2 hours and 25 minutes or so — the 2 o’clock start time that was traditional for November games allowed you to get away, and even home if it was a home game, in the daylight. Often you could read about the game in the late, late edition of the San Francisco afternoon papers. Stadium floodlights were one of the most regrettable inventions of the last century.

Generational gap!
Although honestly, there are a lot of people who share your opinion, so different strokes for different folks. My experience with the night games at the new stadium has been that they’re more enjoyable than the day games, especially the two Big Games so far.
