Woods would be something else
Stanford students are notorious for not placing upon a pedestal particular students (especially athletes) over others, but Woods may be one of the rare, rare exceptions. While Stanford has had its fair share of former (star) athletes come back and get their degrees, there really isn’t a precedent for Woods.
I remember when Chad Hutchinson went back to school and he said that while it was awkward being the oldest guy in PoliSci sections, he didn’t feel any additional pressure from his professors or classmates. Academically, Woods might not be unfairly pressured, but I can’t say the same socially.
