A few basketball things

It’s March 23 and both basketball teams are still playing. Who would have thought that at the end of last season?

Amber Orrange is really an amazing player. She has grown immensely since the first game back in November, and that’s saying a lot considering she already was really good to begin with.

It’s truly amazing that a region of the US that had St. Mary’s and Gonzaga had its final team as Colorado, a team that writers choose as 10th in the extremely weak Pac-12 in the preseason and that people were saying was a school that would add no benefit to the conference.

Calendar

Here in the Eastern Time Zone, it’s still March 19, but I agree that having the men in a tournament at this point is somewhat surprising. For Tara’s women, it would be strange if they weren’t still in.

Yeah

And I thought after the Syracuse loss in MSG we should make the other tournament.

Maybe the high point of the season

when all is said and done.

HA!

My mistake. I was thinking ahead for some reason. But hey, we’re still alive!
