Pederson Puts Hurt On Oregon St.

Stanford's Kayla Pederson had 21 points to lead a dominant Cardinal 74-44 win over Oregon St.

 

Pedersen connected on 6 of 7 shots against Oregon St., while Jeanette Pohlen added 15 points.

 

The Ogwumike sisters were both in double figures as well, with Chiney scoring 11 points, and Nnemkadi 10.

Star-divide

The win was as much a solid defensive effort by Stanford as it was an offensive show.

Awesome pix

loved the photos! And yes, Stanford’s “D” seems to get lost in all that offense, but they play most teams in man to man for 40 minutes and make it a point to shut down a team’s high scorer!
