Stanford coaching saga

Peterson just announced that he is staying at Boise State.  Makes you wonder if any talks ever took place, and if so, what they consisted of.  In an event, it seems clear that we're going in-house. ESPN's Ivan Maisel has heard that Shaw would stay if Roman was hired, but not the reverse.  Now, if only I could figure out Twitter, I could follow this a little better and post a link to his Tweet.  Thank goodness for the live Twitter feed on ESPN.
